What is the Book Swamp? It is the 200 million plus books that are for sale on the internet.

As there are generally few rules to control how books are listed, and the listing process has become trivially easy for anyone with a kitchen table and a laptop, these listings are full or errors and are often lacking vital information.

However, buried in the swamp are the book listings of serious and trustworthy, professional used book dealers. My first job as your BSG is to show you how to find those dealers. Down the line, I’ll also be discussing other topics of use to anyone interested in purchasing used books.
